The songs run the gamut from funny to sad, romantic, nostalgic, noble and in the final cut, gospel. As for styles, the album varies from traditional country and new country to lite rock and adult contemporary. The varied pacing and rich lyric content, with compelling melodies and arrangements, make for an enjoyable listening event.

Superb musicianship provides the backdrop for the clear vocals, rendered by Jerry along with background vocals by Marcia Ramirez.
